Garland, TX – It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ramon Hernandez, who departed this life on Monday, July 28th, 2025, at the age of 90. Born on Friday, August 31st, 1934, Ramon lived a long and fulfilling life, leaving behind a legacy of love, resilience, and dedication to his family.
Ramon was a beloved father, brother, and friend. He is survived by his sons Elias and Ramon, and his daughters Zenaida, Gabriela, Filobonia, Ramona, Maria, and Ofelia. He also leaves behind his cherished sister, Trinidad. Ramon was a pillar of strength and wisdom for his family, always providing guidance and support.
He was preceded in death by his daughters Juana, Maria Guadalupe, and Ofelia, and his son Loreto. Ramon’s enduring love for his children, both those who have passed and those who remain, was a testament to his unwavering commitment to family.
Ramon will be laid to rest at Panteon La Tijerita in Heroica Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico, where he will join those who have gone before him. His final resting place will be a place of peace and reflection for all who knew and loved him.
Ramon’s life was a tapestry of rich experiences and cherished memories. He will be remembered for his kindness, his strength, and his unwavering dedication to those he loved. His legacy will live on in the hearts of his family and friends, who will forever cherish the moments they shared with him.
