Garland, TX – The Dallas County Home Loan Counseling Center will host “Homeownership Made Easy: Down Payment Assistance and Grant Programs,” a free expo designed to assist individuals and families in understanding the homebuying process. The event is scheduled for Saturday, August 30, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM CDT at 715 Rowlett Road, Garland, TX 75043.
This family-friendly expo aims to provide valuable information to both first-time homebuyers and those considering their options for homeownership. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about various Down Payment Assistance and Grant Programs available in the area, as well as access resources and tools to facilitate their homebuying journey.
The event will feature guidance from industry experts and housing professionals who will share insights to help participants navigate the challenges of purchasing a home. In addition, the expo will include food and drinks, a raffle, and a variety of resources for attendees.
Conveniently located just 25 minutes from Downtown Dallas, the event seeks to make homeownership more accessible to community members. It is organized in partnership with Dallas County Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel of District 1.
