NFL’s Adrian Phillips Returns to Garland High for Holiday Party,  Spreading Cheer to Local Students

Garland, TX – NFL Players and Garland High School alum, Adrian Phillips, returned to his alma mater to host a holiday party for 17 high school students in need, in honor of his high school football number.

The event included food, an opportunity to get a signed item from Adrian, and a Q&A session. Each student also received a gift from their wish list.

“The Garland community shaped who I am, so being able to give back, especially during the holidays, means everything to me,” said Phillips. “My hope is that we inspire these students to keep working hard and paying it forward.”

L.A.K.E. Foundation was founded in 2023 by Phillips and his wife, Camille, to lift up its community. The foundation has hosted many givebacks and events in Garland, including a free youth football camp, Turkey drives and holiday givebacks. The four pillars of the L.A.K.E. Foundation are:

K. – Kindness in action,

E. – Elevate lives through education.
